Following the publication of the government’s 10 Year Health Plan, the NHS Workforce Alliance recently ran a webinar to highlight the resources available to help NHS organisations achieve the plan’s goals.
This bite-size webinar explored the range of framework agreements and support services that are provided by the Alliance – an NHS collaborative partnership delivering a range of workforce resources for the benefit of the NHS.
The webinar covered three key themes:
- The three big shifts: Commercial agreements that can support NHS organisations achieve the three big shifts aimed at NHS reform – hospital to community, analogue to digital, and sickness to prevention.
- Measurable impact: Resources available to achieve measurable impact across a wide range of areas, from workforce planning to digital transformation to waiting list reduction.
- Collaboration and innovation: Highlighting how the Alliance works with NHS colleagues at provider, system, regional and national levels, supporting collaboration and innovation at all stages.
