
The North East and Yorkshire team team consists of colleagues from across three of our partner organisations including, the North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative (NOE CPC), Crown Commercial Service (CCS) and NHS London Procurement Partnership (NHS LPP), bringing together a range of professionals with diverse skills. From procurement experts specialising in workforce solutions to data specialists and supplier/customer relationship managers, we are fully equipped to meet every requirement.
Joanne Barton, the Regional Lead Senior Category Manager for HR & People, leads the team. Since joining the Alliance, she has been instrumental in delivering high-impact staffing procurement projects, including the award-winning National Clinical Staffing framework.
The team brings a wealth of experience in public sector procurement and category management, along with valuable insights from former customers. Many of our colleagues have been NHS Workforce Alliance customers in the past, so we understand your needs on a deeper level and are here to provide the support you require.
The team works closely with colleagues from across the Alliance through joint working groups, sharing best practices, lessons learned, and valuable insights. This continuous exchange of knowledge ensures that all regional teams can have a significant impact in their respective areas.
