This agreement is an open framework and will provide the NHS and other public sector customers with sustainable and flexible workforce solutions. It will replace the existing Managed Staff Bank (RM6278) and Workforce Improvement Services (RM6163) frameworks and will include the provision of outsourced staff banks, managed service solutions, workforce management plans and vendor management systems.
