ICS Leads

Each ICS in England has a dedicated NHS Workforce Alliance ICS Lead available to discuss and provide solutions to specific ICS workforce needs and requirements. Supported by experienced regional teams, they offer both advisory and practical support on a strategic or operational level on all aspects of workforce planning and management at no direct cost to the NHS.
